A small, handmade clay dome that stands on three little legs, with a chimney on top. OVO glows from within like a tiny cave of light and adds a playful touch to a coffee table, a shelf or a window sill. Fill it with scented sand wax, place the wick and light it. When it burns down, top it up and light it again.
What's in the box
- OVO handmade clay vessel, 11 cm tall × 9 cm wide
- 250 g premium scented sand wax in the scent you choose
- 10 replacement wicks
How to use
- Pour the sand wax into the vessel and level the surface.
- Press a wick into the centre of the wax.
- Light it and enjoy the glow and fragrance.
- After use, remove the burnt wick core, top up with fresh wax and light it again.
Good to know
- Each piece is handmade, so colour and speckles vary slightly from one piece to another. No two are exactly the same.
- The clay can get warm while the candle is burning. Let it cool before moving it.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable.
- Always place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

طلب الاسترجاع
يمكنك التواصل معنا لطلب الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية. ويجب أن يكون المنتج:
- غير مستخدم.
- غير تالف.
- في تغليفه الأصلي قدر الإمكان.
- غير مخصّص أو معدّل بناءً على طلب خاص من العميل.
المنتجات التالفة عند الاستلام
إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا بسبب الشحن، تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع رقم الطلب وصور واضحة للمنتج والتغليف، لنراجع الحالة ونتخذ الإجراء المناسب.
استرداد المبلغ
بعد الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع واستلام المنتج وفحص حالته، يتم رد المبلغ المستحق وفقًا لطريقة الدفع المستخدمة. وقد تُخصم تكلفة الشحن أو أي رسوم خدمات غير قابلة للاسترداد، حيثما ينطبق ذلك.

At REVO, we are committed to high-quality products and a trustworthy shopping experience. Because of the nature of our products, return and refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
Return Requests
You may contact us to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition. The product must be:
- Unused.
- Undamaged.
- In its original packaging, where possible.
- Not customized or modified at the customer's special request.
Items Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging, so we can review the case and take the appropriate action.
Refunds
Once a return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the amount due is refunded according to the payment method used. Shipping fees or other non-refundable service charges may be deducted where applicable.
