في REVO نجهّز كل طلب بعناية لنضمن وصول منتجاتك بأفضل حالة ممكنة.
مناطق التوصيل
نوفّر خدمة التوصيل داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.
مدة التجهيز والتوصيل
يصلك طلبك خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل من تأكيد الطلب، شاملة التجهيز والتوصيل. الطلبات التي تتم في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع أو الإجازات الرسمية يبدأ تجهيزها في أول يوم عمل تالٍ. وفي حالات استثنائية خارجة عن إرادتنا، مثل الإجازات الرسمية أو ظروف شركة الشحن أو فترات الضغط الكبير، قد تتأخر بعض الطلبات قليلًا، وسنتواصل معك في هذه الحالة.
تكلفة الشحن
تكلفة الشحن ثابتة 100 جنيه مصري لكل طلب على جميع المنتجات والباكدجات، وتظهر بوضوح عند إتمام الطلب. الشحن مجاني للطلبات بقيمة 2,000 جنيه مصري أو أكثر، أو خلال عروض الشحن المجاني المعلن عنها.
تتبّع الطلب
نرسل لك معلومات التتبّع بعد شحن الطلب، متى أتاحتها شركة الشحن.
الطلبات غير المستلمة
إذا تعذّر الاستلام أو رفض العميل الطلب دون سبب متعلق بالمنتج، فقد يتحمّل العميل تكلفة إعادة الشحن.
بيانات التوصيل
يُرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ورقم الهاتف قبل تأكيد الطلب. REVO غير مسؤولة عن التأخير أو فشل التوصيل الناتج عن بيانات خاطئة أو غير مكتملة.
المنتجات التالفة أو الناقصة
نغلّف المنتجات بعناية لتقليل احتمال تعرضها للتلف أثناء النقل. إذا وصل طلبك تالفًا أو ناقصًا، تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام عبر واتساب على +20 151 525 6583، مع رقم الطلب وصور واضحة للمنتج والتغليف.

Delivery Area
We deliver within Egypt only.
Processing & Delivery Time
Your order arrives within 2 to 5 business days of order confirmation, including both processing and delivery. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next business day. In exceptional cases beyond our control, such as public holidays, carrier delays or periods of very high demand, some orders may take slightly longer, and we will contact you if this happens.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is a flat EGP 100 per order on all products and bundles, shown clearly at checkout. Shipping is free on orders of EGP 2,000 or more, or during announced free-shipping offers.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is shared once your order has been dispatched, whenever it is provided by the shipping carrier.
Undelivered or Refused Orders
If delivery fails or the customer refuses the order for a reason unrelated to the product, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Delivery Details
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct before confirming your order. REVO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Damaged or Missing Items
We package our products carefully to reduce the risk of damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it on WhatsApp at +20 151 525 6583, and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
