المنتجات والأسعار

نحرص على عرض معلومات المنتجات والأسعار بدقة، إلا أنه قد تحدث أخطاء غير مقصودة في بعض الحالات. ونحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار أو تفاصيل المنتجات أو العروض في أي وقت، دون التأثير على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها بالفعل، وفقًا للقواعد المعمول بها.

الطلبات

يُعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا بعد إتمام عملية الشراء وتسجيل بياناته بنجاح. وقد نتواصل معك لتأكيد بعض البيانات عند الحاجة. ونحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حالات استثنائية، مثل وجود خطأ واضح في السعر، أو تعذّر تنفيذ الطلب، أو وجود مشكلة في بيانات الطلب.

مسؤولية العميل

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من صحة الاسم، ورقم الهاتف، وعنوان التوصيل، وتفاصيل الطلب. وأي خطأ في بيانات التوصيل قد يؤدي إلى تأخير الطلب أو تكاليف إضافية لإعادة التوصيل.

استخدام المنتجات والسلامة

يجب استخدام منتجات REVO وفقًا لطبيعتها وتعليمات الاستخدام. وبالنسبة للشموع، يجب الالتزام بإرشادات السلامة، وعدم ترك الشمعة مشتعلة دون مراقبة، وإبعادها عن المواد القابلة للاشتعال والأطفال والحيوانات الأليفة.

Products and Prices

We aim to display product information and prices accurately, but unintentional errors may occur. We reserve the right to change prices, product details, or offers at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed, in accordance with applicable rules.

Orders

An order is considered confirmed once the purchase is completed and the order details are successfully recorded. We may contact you to verify certain details when necessary. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in exceptional cases, such as an obvious pricing error, an order that cannot be fulfilled, or a problem with the order details.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their name, phone number, delivery address, and order details are correct. Any error in the delivery details may delay the order or lead to additional re-delivery costs.

Product Use and Safety

REVO products must be used according to their nature and the usage instructions. For candles, please follow the safety guidelines, never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
